Prince of Peace Lutheran Church is a member of the Rocky Mountain Synod, which is part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA).
We have four worship services a week: Sunday at 9:00AM - Education at 9:40AM Sunday Zoom at 10:30AM Wednesday at 6:30PM - Education at 7:00PM Saturday at 5:00PM Fellowship and education for all ages is available after Sunday and Wednesday services. Friday, August 6th 10-12 noon Prince of Peace volunteers prepare and serve lunch at the Council of Community Services Soup Kitchen the first Friday of every month. Work begins at 10;00AM with meal preparation and continues through 1:00PM with serving and clean up.
We welcome anyone to come and assist with this vital ministry. You can come for all or part of the time our church volunteers. No special cooking skills are required; bring a joyful and willing heart!

Mark Your Calendars! VBS "Takin It Down the Mountain!" Kindergarten thru 6th Grade August 16-19th 4-6:30 p.m. Dinner will be provided at 6:30 p.m. All are welcome! Registration forms are now available here on-line or at the church!
The Boys & Girls Club of Campbell County is dedicated to providing quality after school programing for youth ages 5-18, as well as, full day programing during the summer and most no school days. Throughout the school year they partner with 4 Campbell County elementary schools to provide onsite services before and after school (Paintbrush, Pronghorn, Stocktrail, & Buffalo Ridge). The activities focus on academic and educational success including science, technology, education, mathematics, and literacy based programing. They also work to develop our members’ character with programs on bullying, healthy lifestyle choices and leadership.
Beyond our role as a Club for members they also strive to serve Campbell County as a community center with several rooms and spaces available for rent for birthday parties, meetings, family gatherings and much more!
Each month PoP designates one percent of general offering to go to a local non-profit in our community. If you feel led to give beyond that amount you may designate additional funds on your offering envelope under other, please be sure to write Boys & Girls Club.
Summer Weekend Meals for Kids!
PoP has signed up again this summer with the Edible Prairie Project to supply fruit cups for their weekend bags! A basket to collect the fruit cups is in the narthex, please consider adding one or two to your shopping list as your able and donating when you come to Worship. If you feel led to make a financial donation, please be sure to write "fruit cups" on the other line of your offering envelope or your check memo line and we will make sure it gets to them! We are filling backpacks on Wednesday, August 4th, from 9:00-11 a.m. at the Boys and Girls Club. Meet us at 8:45 a.m. at PoP or down at the Boys and Girls Club at 9:00 a.m.
